Putin signs decree: Russia's recognition of DPR and LPR documents

The President signed a Decree "On the recognition in the Russian Federation of documents and license plates of vehicles issued to Ukrainian citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in the territories of certain regions of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine." Zakharchenko's Order: 'No withdrawal of our weapons before Ukraine'

In the meeting on Friday in the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) between the leaders of the Donbass people's republics and the OSCE, Alexander Zakharchenko, the Head of DPR, made absolutely clear with his official order, that Donbass armed forces will not execute one sided withdrawal of the weapons from the contact line.

We can see that our fellow countrymen, Donetsk and Lugansk regions' residents living in the areas temporary controlled by Kiev, find themselves in a difficult situation. Kiev artillery shelling causes explosion at chemical plant, casualties reported

Explosion at the Donetsk People's Republic state chemical manufacture plant in the Kuibyshevsky district of the DPR capital resulted from the AFU shelling, and caused casualties, reported the DPR Operational Command. "The AFU fired at the territory of the Donetsk state chemical manufacture plant with 152mm artillery. Casualties were registered. According to preliminary data, one civilian perished," noted the Command representative.

Dmitry Astrakhan, the military correspondent of the DPR People’s Militia Office reports from the Airport of Donetsk, 07.02.2017. "This is the Donetsk Airport, one of the Republic’s hottest spots. Rest in peace," said the soldier.

German troops to Baltics as part of NATO's anti-Russia force

Germany is deploying now hundreds of soldiers and about 200 armored fighting vehicles to the Baltic region, Lithuania, near the Russian border as part of a force organized by NATO. US sends 3,600 tanks against Russia - Massive NATO deployment underway
