OSCE Mission refutes Kiev’s statement on shelling Stanitsa Luganskaya – LPR People’s Militia

The representatives of the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) OSCE haven’t confirmed an alleged shelling of Stanitsa Luganskaya which the Ukrainian side stated earlier from the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) in their report, the LPR People’s Militia, Official representative, the Lieutenant-colonel Andrei Marochko states.

On April 19, the headquarters of the so-called “ATO” zone promulgated a statement saying that in the last 24 hours the People’s Militia allegedly shelled Stanitsa Luganskaya with small arms having violated obligatory observation of the ceasefire regime within seven days that is necessary for disengaging forces and facilities in this area.

“This shelling didn’t take place; this is confirmed by the OSCE Mission as I stated earlier. It is only in diseased imagination of Ukraine’s command,” stated the representative of the Republic’s defense establishment.
